Dr. Crystal Clements

Dr. Crystal is a licensed clinical psychologist with a gift for helping people feel both seen and stretched. Through compassionate truth-telling, deep insight, and emotionally intelligent strategy, she helps individuals, couples, and families move through stuck patterns and into more honest, empowered relationships—with themselves and each other.

With advanced training in the Gottman Method and a background that bridges clinical expertise with intuitive presence, Dr. Clements is especially known for her work with self-reflective high achievers, couples looking to reconnect, and parents navigating complex relationships with their adult children.

Her clients describe her as “a mirror and a catalyst”—someone who delivers care and clarity in equal measure. Whether helping someone find their voice after years of silence or supporting families in rewriting generational dynamics, she brings warmth, insight, and a deep belief in people’s capacity for growth.

Beyond the therapy room, Dr. Clements is passionate about mental health advocacy, equity in healing spaces, and helping professionals reconnect with their joy, purpose, and emotional freedom.
