I’m Dr. Crystal Clements, a licensed clinical psychologist. I work with people who appear to have it together on the outside—but inside, feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who they really are.

In therapy, we’ll create space to slow down, get honest, and listen to you. I’ll help you untangle patterns of perfectionism, burnout, or self-betrayal so you can rebuild trust in your voice—and use it.

My approach is warm, grounded, and honest. Together, we’ll strengthen your boundaries, reconnect you to your purpose, and help you live in alignment with what really matters to you.

Therapy Rates

Dr. Crystal’s fee per session for individuals is $250. For couples and families, the rate is $300

We don't accept insurance payments directly, but we can provide documents to help you get reimbursed.
