About Dr. Crystal Clements
Hi, I’m Dr. Crystal Clements, a licensed clinical psychologist based in Los Angeles. I specialize in therapy for high-achieving professionals who appear confident on the outside—but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves on the inside.
You might be the one everyone counts on. You’re smart, capable, and driven—but underneath it all, you’re tired. Maybe you’ve been stuck in survival mode for so long that you’ve lost sight of what you actually need. If you’re constantly overfunctioning, struggling with burnout or perfectionism, or silencing your voice to avoid conflict, I want you to know: you’re not broken. You’ve just been in “get-through-it” mode for too long.
Therapy can be a space to reconnect—with yourself. In our sessions, we’ll slow down and take an honest look at what’s no longer working. Whether it’s anxiety, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or feeling like an imposter, we’ll untangle what’s getting in the way and start building a life that actually feels like yours.
My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy that helps you strengthen your boundaries, rediscover your purpose, and reclaim your voice.
If you’re ready to stop performing and start living with clarity and confidence, let’s connect. You deserve to feel at home in your own life.
Reach out today to schedule a consultation and learn how therapy can help you feel more empowered, authentic, and aligned.
