Therapy for women and professionals as they work through anxiety, burnout, and major life changes
I am a Los Angeles–based psychology associate dedicated to helping women, professionals, and adults navigate anxiety, burnout, and trauma. My passion for this work comes from my own journey of healing and learning how to create a life I had never seen modeled before. Because I understand what it takes to move from surviving to thriving, I approach therapy with authenticity, compassion, and direction.
My style is collaborative and client-centered, blending evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help clients gain clarity, emotional balance, and practical tools for change. I specialize in working with women of color and professionals who feel overwhelmed by stress and the pressures of high achievement. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way of your peace and develop strategies that help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with the life you want to build.
